Places 

- Please arrive  5 to 10 minutes before the start of the class to gather your energies.  



- We only accept cash or cheque payments.



- We do not recommend to drink water during your practice. It is best to drink a lot at least an hour before class.  



- It is also not recommended to eat right before class. Have a light meal 2-3 hours prior to joining us.  



- If you have injuries, or any other problems, please inform your teacher before class. 



- Adjustments will be made during class by your teacher. Please inform us, if for any reason, you do not want to be adjusted. We will kindly respect your decision. 



- Respect others, yourself, your body and especially your personal limits. 



- According to the tradition, we do not practice on new and full moon days due to the excess energy surrounding us. 




- Please dress yourself according to mother nature's mood :)

Styles

​Hatha Flow ~ The classical form of Yoga posture and breathing – Hatha comes from combining the two Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon. "Hatha" means "forceful", implying that powerful work must be done to purify the body. Yoga means to yoke, or to join two things together, hence hatha yoga is meant to join together our sun (masculine, active) energy with our moon (feminine, receptive) energy, thus producing balance and greater power in an individual. All forms of yoga are considered hatha yoga that revitalizes your physical, mental and spiritual energy. The movements help to detoxify the vital organs as they stimulate the spine, increase muscle tone and flexibility.



Ashtanga ~ It's a dynamic progressive series of vinyasas where you move from one posture to the next with breath. This process creates intense internal heat that removes the toxins from the muscles & the organs creating a purifying effect to the blood. With practice, the body becomes stronger, lighter and calms down the mind & spirit. Please visit www.kpjayi.org for more info - this is where the tradition stems from.

SUP yoga 49$ including the equipement rental. 

SUP yoga ~ Come discover  SUP (Stand up paddle) yoga. The 2hour class consists of 15-20 min introduction to the basic paddle concepts, 45min of cruising aroung on the beautiful lake Tremblant and 60min of Yoga pactice. It's a meditation in mouvement completely submerged with nature! Anne-Marie is passionate about the outdoors and especially a little fish in water. She currently completed a training with Paddle Canada and Juna Yoga in addition to 3 years at your service at the Pierre Plouffe Nautic Centre.
